A complete movement and strength system

STOP GUESSING.
START BUILDING.

The STRONG Library gives you a clear path from pain and stiffness to better movement, consistent training, and useful strength—without pretending one routine fits everybody.

The path

USE THE RIGHT TOOL FOR WHERE YOU ARE NOW.

Stage one

Understand what is limiting you

Start with your baseline, recognize common patterns, and learn what deserves an in-person evaluation.

Stage two

Restore movement and consistency

Use short mobility, recovery, and 30-day routines that fit real work and family schedules.

Stage three

Build practical strength

Choose bodyweight, kettlebells and bands, or heavier athletics based on your equipment and experience.

What you are buying

A CURATED SYSTEM, NOT A CONTENT DUMP.

The original material has been reorganized around decisions you actually need to make: what to do when movement feels limited, how to return to training, which program fits your experience, and how to keep progressing without burning out.

Foundation

Breaking Free from Pain

A structured 14-day starting point with assessment, mobility, decompression, and recovery protocols.

Consistency

30-Day Quick Start

Daily work that bridges the gap between knowing what to do and actually building the habit.

Strength

90-Day Programs

Bodyweight, bells and bands, and heavy athletics tracks with planned progression and deloads.

Straight answers

BEFORE YOU BUY

Is this a subscription?

No. Founding access is one payment for the complete current library and updates to the included programs.

Does this replace chiropractic or medical care?

No. This is general education and training. New weakness, numbness, loss of coordination, major trauma, or sharp and worsening symptoms deserve appropriate in-person evaluation.

Do I need a gym?

No. Start with the bodyweight program. Bells and Bands and Heavy Athletics are available when your equipment and experience support them.

Is everything unlocked immediately?

Yes. The recommended pathway keeps you from jumping randomly between programs, but you retain access to the full library.
