Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Dad Strong HQ ("Dad Strong HQ," "we," "us," or "our") collects when you visit the-strong-clinic.com, opt in to a free resource, create a customer account, or purchase the STRONG Library — and what we do with it. It also covers the TikTok and Meta advertising tools we use to reach dads like you.
01 Information we collect
You give us directly
- Contact details — name, email address, and (on TikTok Lead Generation forms) phone number, when you request the free Starter Pack, join our email list, fill out a TikTok lead form, or contact us.
- Account & purchase information — when you create a STRONG Library account or buy access, our authentication and payment providers process your email, account status, and payment. We receive purchase and access status but never receive or store your full card number.
- Anything you send us — messages, replies, or comments you send via email or social media.
Collected automatically
- Device & usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring URL, and general location (city/region level), collected via standard web logs and cookies.
- Ad interaction data — when you engage with a TikTok or Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad or lead form, those platforms pass us event data (e.g., form submission, click ID) as described below.
02 How we use it
- To deliver free resources and protected course content you requested or purchased.
- To send the emails you signed up for — onboarding, program content, and occasional offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
- To process purchases, verify access to the STRONG Library, and provide customer support.
- To measure and improve our TikTok and Meta ad campaigns — which ads led to a sign-up or purchase — and to build lookalike or retargeting audiences of people likely to be interested in Dad Strong HQ.
- To keep the site secure and diagnose technical problems.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
03 Cookies, pixels & ad tracking
We use the following advertising and analytics technologies:

When you submit a TikTok Instant Form (Lead Generation ad), TikTok shares the information you entered directly with us so we can follow up — this is covered by both this policy and TikTok's own Privacy Policy.
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can adjust ad personalization directly inside the TikTok and Meta apps under Settings → Ads. Industry-wide opt-out tools are available at optout.aboutads.info.
05 How long we keep it
We keep contact and purchase information for as long as needed to provide your purchased access, and for a reasonable period afterward to support customer service, accounting, and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete eligible non-clinical information — see the next section. This does not require deletion of healthcare, tax, or other records that must be retained by law.
06 Your choices & rights
- Unsubscribe — every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, or email us at the address below.
- Access, correct, or delete — email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
- Ad personalization — manage this in your TikTok and Meta account settings, or via optout.aboutads.info.
EEA/UK residents: if applicable to you, our legal basis for processing is your consent (e.g., opting into emails) or our legitimate interest in running and improving Dad Strong HQ. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
07 Children's privacy
The STRONG Library and marketing services are intended for adults. This section does not apply to chiropractic care for a minor provided with a parent or legal guardian's consent and presence. Health information for a minor patient is handled under our Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable record-retention requirements.
08 Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and rely on established providers (including Stripe, our account and hosting providers, our email platform, TikTok, and Meta) to secure the data they process for us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
09 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Dad Strong HQ grows. We'll update the "Effective" date above when we do, and for significant changes we'll notify affected customers by email when appropriate.
